Now this again is a classic. I really like the Billy Idol version but The Donnas add a second wave of nostalgia for me. There are feelings from the 80s to the 90s .
Fun fact: The only band I would have loved to be in – would have been a band like The Donnas. After the pop sensation of the Spice Girls – this band meant even more to me. An all girl summer fun band! And for all movie nerds out there: this song is also featured in „Mean Girls“ which has become a cult classic in its own right.
Once again – please turn your volume up and dance and sing along. And with dancing I mean – dance in the most YOU-way possible!
